Salem UB church (Chambersburg, Pa.) is searching for a new Director of Worship. This involves planning weekly traditional and contemporary worship services. During the contemporary worship service, the Director of Worship is to be a lead worshiper. He or she is also to direct a team of musicians who lead worship at Salem’s contemporary service and to oversee the worship ministry at Salem as a whole. Since Salem will be making improvements to its worship center in the near future, the director of worship is asked to be an advisor to the committee planning those changes.

This is a part-time position with no benefits. Number of hours is flexible, ranging from 15 to 25 per week depending on the employee’s desire and availability. Much work can be completed offsite. About College Park
College Park is affiliated with the United Brethren in Christ denomination. The church is in a small, Midwestern town in Indiana and is located next to Huntington University. Church attendance is around 400, and the youth group has about 25 youth. About 4-7 adult volunteers work regularly with the youth ministry.

The Youth/Emerging Adults Pastor is responsible for giving primary leadership of the ministry strategy to students in grades 6-12 and their parents/guardians. He or she will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing a dynamic youth ministry focused on building devoted followers of Christ.

The pastor will also give leadership to the Emerging Adults ministry. Leadership includes creating a strategy that will provide community, discipleship, and care for emerging adults through a team of people willing to engage those in the church who are early in their careers and attending college.

The Garrison Road United Brethren Church (Fort Erie, Ontario) is a congregation of about 65 adults who have a desire to reach their community for Christ, with a particular emphasis on young families. Hillsdale United Brethren church, a vibrant, medium sized church in Hillsdale, Mich., is hiring a Worship Pastor to mature our congregation as worshipers of our High King.
