Doug and Ruth Weber, after many years as missionaries in Ecuador, recently relocated to the United States. Doug wrote on his blog about attending a re-entry program for missionaries returning to the USA after living overseas for many years, and how they go through five stages: Settled, Unsettled, Chaos, Resettling, and Settled.
