My wife and myself are praying for you and I will also ask the church body to do the same. My wife, Sandie, went through that over ten years ago, so be encouraged that it can be beat, and with God nothing is impossible. Have you asked the elders to lay hands on and pray over Sherry? If not, I would encourage you to do so and also annoint her. I believe that is the only reason my wife was spared. God bless you both and may He give you the grace to cope with each day under stressful circumstances.
