					<description><![CDATA[Thanks, Ron! I really believe in the direction you are leading our denomination.  It&#039;s the exact same thing we&#039;re trying to do on a local level at our church.  We want the staff and the leadership to serve, support, encourage, and resource everyone who is out on the front lines doing ministry, while holding everyone accountable to the broad parameters of our mission, vision, and core values.  It&#039;s Ephesians 4:11-12, and since it&#039;s God&#039;s design, I think it&#039;s more than just a good idea.
Incidentally, I think this is the first time anyone&#039;s linked to my blog.  Very exciting! Thanks for reading.
